What is your return policy?
We guarantee satisfaction with our prints. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the canvas for a full refund within 100 days of purchase
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within a limited time after placing them. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Where is my refund?
Refunds are processed as soon as the return is received. It may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
My artwork is damaged, defective, or I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Contact our support team immediately for a resolution, including replacements or refunds.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary, but we aim to process and ship orders within a few days. Free shipping is included with all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
How are canvases packaged and shipped?
All canvases are packaged in sturdy boxes to prevent damage during transit.
The canvases will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, FedEx Smarpost or UPS.

What types of frames do you offer?
Our floating frames are made of quality wood, offering the canvas print the illusion of floating inside the frame. It comes in black, white, silver, gold, and oak to complement any image style.
What is the quality of the canvas material?
We print on a thick, archival-grade polycotton-mix canvas to ensure durability. It is pH neutral and acid-free, so it will not yellow over time.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes, custom sizes are available. If the size you want isn't listed, please contact our support team.
Are the colors shown on my monitor accurate to how the image will print?
The colors will be close but may not be 100% identical due to different monitor settings. We strive to produce a beautiful quality canvas that matches your vision.
Canvas Installation and Care
What is the best conditions for displaying my prints?
Keeping the prints in the right environment will maximize their life.
- Direct sunlight will cause the colors to fade prematurely.
- Pollutants will also negatively impact the lifespan of the media.
- Excess humidity may cause molding. Extreme low humidity will cause the wood stretcher frame to shrink which may cause the stretch to be less tight and result in sagging. This effect is temporary and will go away once it returns to a normal humidity range.
- The lighting conditions also affect how the prints will be viewed.
How do I clean the canvas?
The canvases are quite durable once given our protective coating and should resist most scratches, smudges, fingerprints, etc.
You can dust canvases with a soft, dry cloth. If your canvas needs deeper cleaning you may try a damp cloth but we cannot guarantee or recommend this.
Should the canvas get nicked and loose ink in a certain area, it can be touched up with waterproof felt-tip markers or touch-up paint.
What is the best way to hang the canvas?
Our gallery wrap canvas can be hung directly to the wall without framing.
We can install hanging hardware or black backboard backing for a fee prior to shipping. Please reach out to support staff.
